Alodgio Consulting, LLC offers comprehensive services in the underwriting of multi-family and mixed-use properties. Our principal and founder, MaryBeth McNerney Matta, is particularly skilled in underwriting and risk evaluation as she previously worked for Aetna Realty Investors as a mortgage underwriter. At the time, Aetna Realty was the second largest real estate investment company in the United States. She underwrote multifamily mortgage loans as large as $100 Million. Prior to that, she did underwriting and valuation for the Resolution Trust Corporation, a US government-owned asset management company.
At Alodgio, we have continued to make underwriting services and credit analysis available to our clients, and have provided these services to clients including the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, HUD, The Institute for Community Economics in Springfield MA, and the City of Hartford CT, to name a few. We also underwrite affordable multifamily transactions for our private equity clients.
Alodgio also provides asset management services for its clients in connection with Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties, in order to ensure that reporting to lenders and investors/syndicators is complete and timely and maintain and enhance the properties’ physical elements, operating margins, cash flow and affordability compliance.
